MEET THE TEAM

Introducing Matthew Jones (Apprentice Quality Engineer) in a short interview about his mission at REAZN.

WHO ARE YOU?
Hello, my name is Matthew Jones, and I am 20 years old. I started working at REAZN UK two years ago as an Apprentice Quality Engineer and am currently completing my Level 4 HNC in General Engineering. My role consists of supporting our Quality Engineer in the management of our QMS system.

WHAT’S YOUR MISSION IN THE COMPANY?
My mission at REAZN is to pursue compliance with the relevant standards and customer requirements and to assist with our aim of continuous improvement.

WHAT IS THE MOST CHALLENGING PART OF YOUR JOB?
The most challenging part of my job is ensuring the efficient operation of the laboratory. Material composition, following an alloy change is known to vary due to the differences between alloy types. I find that a calm and steady approach does the trick.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT WORKING AT REAZN?
Definitely the team: we liaise to help each other out where we can, which creates an enjoyable work environment. The balance between work and recreation is good as it allows people to maintain their mental and physical health.
