Introducing Gill Russon (Process Development/Quality Engineer) in a short interview about her mission at REAZN.
WHO ARE YOU?
Hello, my name is Gill Russon and I started my career at REAZN UK in 2006 as a Quality Administrator. I am now Process Development/Quality Engineer. I am a positive individual with over 40 years’ experience in the nonferrous foundry industry with a strong metallurgical and quality background. Managing the QMS system, laboratory functions and spearheading continuous improvement are one of the various activities I am involved.
WHAT’S YOUR MISSION IN THE COMPANY?
My mission in the company is not only to maintain ISO9001:2015 but to continually improve it and to ensure that all of our customers’ expectations are exceeded.
WHAT IS THE MOST CHALLENGING PART OF YOUR JOB?
The most challenging part of my job is managing change where effective communication at all levels is essential. This can sometimes be challenging but I have found that a no-nonsense but friendly approach achieves the desired result.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT WORKING AT REAZN?
I work alongside, and with a great team of people. We help each other out as and when needed which makes all the difference.
