Introducing Delphine LECLERCQ (HR Officer) in a short interview about her mission within REAZN.

WHO ARE YOU?

Hello, I am Delphine LECLERCQ, HR Officer. After studying hotel management, I worked for 10 years in the luxury hotel industry in Paris and England. After becoming a mother, I naturally turned to concierge services in companies and then to human resources for a Belgian advertising agency for the last 8 years. I have always enjoyed being at the service of others. my top priority is to ensure the happiness and well-being of the people I work with. I joined REAZN in August 2022, as HR Officer.

WHAT’S YOUR MISSION IN THE COMPANY?

Together with the HR Manager, I am in charge of human resources management for the two sites in Belgium. Recruitment, onboarding, training and of course the salary, social and administrative aspects.
Beyond that, I am committed to making work more human, friendlier, to do everything possible to make everyone feel good at work. That’s why we celebrate birthdays, calendar events and any occasion is good for sharing with colleagues, creating links and conviviality at work. We work better when we are happy!

WHAT IS THE MOST CHALLENGING PART OF YOUR JOB?

More than 15 nationalities work together at REAZN, it’s a small world in itself and all the continents are represented. So it’s a question of finding a universal language to weave links between people with sometimes very different cultures. This is a difficult but above all a real and exciting challenge. It requires an open mind. I have to teach everyone to look at the other’s point of view, to consider our differences as a richness.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT WORKING AT REAZN?

What I like about REAZN is the diversity of profiles. We come from very different backgrounds and yet we all have the same values and the same perspective. REAZN provides and implements all the means for everyone to develop and grow in their work. Human beings are at the heart of the company’s origins and there is a real family spirit. Colleagues are close-knit, we sometimes disagree but we manage to resolve all matters and we then move forward hand in hand, with kindness… like at home!
