Your mission:

• Participating in the development and evolution of the integrated management system (Q,S, Env, Energy),
• Participating in the roll-out of the transition to IATF 16949:2016 standards,
• Promote the continuous improvement of the company’s processes and performance in terms of quality, health, safety, the environment (and energy),
• Supporting process managers in updating internal Q / Process documentation,
• Drafting work instructions in collaboration with the people involved in the various processes,
• Managing incidents (RNC/OI) by carrying out investigations to determine the causes, proposing corrective and preventive measures, and following up the necessary actions,
• Participating in and coordinating risk analyses (Q,S,Env- FMEA) internally and/or via external support (thermal environment, chemical risk, radiation protection, etc.),
• Monitoring performance by indicator,
• Preparing, carrying out and monitoring audits (internal, external, customer, etc.)
• Quality control of finished products (dimensional/visual control) from time to time
• Analysing data and proposing corrective and preventive actions to promote continuous improvement
• Carrying out various administrative tasks (reports, communication and display material).

What we require:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Initial experience of a similar nature in industry is required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in French and Dutch, strong knowledge of English is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Automotive sector / IATF certification: A plus
