Melting Furnace Operator

As the Melting Furnace Operator for REAZN BELGIUM, you will have the opportunity work in one of the most unique foundry environments in Europe. We work hands on with new and sustainable foundry technology to produce zinc alloys.

your mission

• Weighs out specified amounts of materials for furnace charge and loads charge into melting furnace.
• Meet production schedules and program production sequences for optimal productivity.
• Follow standard operating procedures or manufacturing production instructions and specifications of the shift leader
• Participate in 5S and problem-solving events as it relates and required.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of his / her work area.
• Operate related equipment, such as Bulldozer, forklifts, and power tools when required

Your profile & skills

• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
• Prior Industrial Experience
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail
• Possess a mechanical aptitude; ability to use a large variety of hand tools and basic knowledge of power tools, forklifts and bulldozer
