Supervisor Inbound Quality Controller

Your mission:
As a Supervisor, you will first receive training so that you gain a better understanding of our raw materials, industrial processes and the zinc waste market.
Afterwards, you will be responsible for implementing and completing the analysis control process, this includes:
- Performing and/or commissioning all quantitative and qualitative analyses of incoming raw materials.
- Ensuring accurate and detailed reporting of incoming raw materials and submitting to the production and commercial department.
- Sample management.
- Ensure more structure in the validation process of raw materials and try to standardize as much as possible.
After acquiring the necessary knowledge, you will be responsible for assembling (hiring, training, etc.) a team to ensure the continuity of the process. Your task will be to:
- Train new employees in your service.
- Manage team and give clear instructions.
- You will work with the HR department for recruitment and training.
Profile :
- Ferrous and physical metallurgy
- Affinity with zamak is a plus.
- Affinity with smelting is a plus
- You have relevant experience in a in quality control
- You work in a structured way.
- You can work with an ERP package
- You are result-oriented
- You are both proactive and communicative and speak Dutch and French.
- You are strong in planning and organizing.

- To know the functioning of the company and the expectations inherent to the different activities.
- Receive goods and check the conformity of the delivery.
- Check the conformity of the products received and delivered.
- Load packages and transport them to the storage, production or dispatch area.
- Carry out the picking of products according to the instructions of provision.
- Encoding in the management software of products received and taken out.
- Managing stocks: checking product rotation, checking availability, supplying, tidying, cleaning, inventory.
- Fill in the order follow-up forms and send a report on damaged products and defective equipment.
- Clean and tidy the work area (equipment, accessories, etc.).
