Introducing Alessandro Paganini (Sales Manager) in a short interview about his mission at REAZN.
WHO ARE YOU?
My name is Alessandro Paganini, I am REAZN sales manager, and I am based in our head office in Luxembourg. I began my sales career in metals in 1996. I then started to dedicate to Zinc alloys four years later. It has been a long lasting love since then.
WHAT’S YOUR MISSION IN THE COMPANY?
My mission in the company is to make sure that everybody in the sales team stays motivated and engaged in implementing our sales strategies and in achieving our sales objectives.
WHAT IS THE MOST CHALLENGING PART OF YOUR JOB?
Marketing is a very challenging part of my job. It is a relatively new discipline, not only for REAZN but, in general, in the world of metals.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT WORKING AT REAZN?
I like the stimulating environment which pushes us to continuous
improvement. I like the uninterrupted flow of new ideas and projects.
I like the fast reaction time of the decisional chain. Last but not
least, I like the people working at REAZN.
