As a Melting Furnace Operator at REAZN Belgium, you work in a unique and modern smelting environment where sustainability and innovation take center stage. You prepare raw materials, weigh them accurately, and ensure smooth supply to the melting furnaces. With a strong focus on quality and safety, you follow production schedules and work according to clear procedures.
your mission
- Weighs out specified amounts of materials for furnace charge and loads charge into melting furnace.
- Meet production schedules and program production sequences for optimal productivity.
- Follow standard operating procedures or manufacturing production instructions and specifications of the shift leader
- Participate in 5S and problem-solving events as it relates and required.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of his / her work area.
- Operate related equipment, such as Bulldozer, forklifts, and power tools when required
your profile
- You work well both independently and as part of a team, and perform effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- You have industrial experience.
- You have strong mechanical skills and are comfortable using a wide range of hand tools. You also have basic knowledge of power tools, forklifts, and bulldozers.
- You have an eye for detail and deliver precise, high-quality work.
- You are eager to learn and always open to acquiring new skills.
- Working safely is second nature to you, and you strictly follow all procedures.
