What will you do?

• Prepare monthly financial reports for the plant management
• Review and analyse expenses for the plant and makes recommendations for cost improvements
• Lead the annual budgeting process for the plant
• Maintain a cost accounting system to track production costs and manufacturing variances
• Automate and further improve our internal reporting
• KPI management: Report KPIs and follow-up on corrective actions with the different teams
• Partner with plant management to improve efficiency and profitability
• Analyse variances between actual versus budgeted expenses and define/challenge improvement actions
• Manage external audit processes on site
• Support investment decisions and CAPEX planning

your profile & skills

• A first working experience as a Finance professional in an industrial environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Stress resistant, independent and well-organized
• Good communication skills
• Persuasive, so you get the information you need
• Pro-active and dynamic approach
• Speak fluent English
• Advanced excel skills and used to work with ERP systems
