This is the opportunity to join a well-established and growth-oriented company in Luxembourg. We are actively looking for a dynamic profile to fill in an intermediate role, based in our office in Strassen, with functions of Outbound Officer, to work within our logistics team and closely together with the sales teams in Europe and UK on a permanent full-time basis.

Job Description

Tasks and Key Responsibilities

  • Organize the administrative and logistical execution of sales contracts
  • Act as a link between the back office and the group’s subsidiaries, facilitating the collaboration
  • Managing the upcoming truck flow at REAZN BELGIUM in a most sustainable way
  • Ensure an interface between the sales department and the customers
  • Support the sales department as a back-up opportunity for the middle office: draft and perform the execution of contracts
  • Managing and linking all documents in relation to the execution of commercial contracts in the ERP-system
  • Organize the logistics flow: meet contractual deadlines and observe the regulations in force
  • Organize the logistical operations and assure the follow through
  • Managing the relationships with hauliers and freight forwarders and obtaining the best possible contractual conditions for REAZN
  • Issuing customer invoices and controlling supplier invoices

Profile / Requirements

  • Education: University degree or similar
  • Fluent in English, German and French, both spoken and written
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • High level of initiative and proactivity
  • Service-minded attitude towards customers’ needs and expectations
  • Team player
  • Experience in a similar position is considered preferable
