IT Support Engineer

REAZN BE is a multinational company located in Kruisem that is specialized in the recycling of industrial zinc waste. The company has been in full bloom for a few years now. We are the largest producing company in the REAZN GROUP, with a zinc alloy production capacity of 85.000 t yearly.

As IT support Engineer, you will be responsible for the internal helpdesk, you will provide support for all IT related topics, to all our users. ( in Belgium, Luxembourg and the UK )

Your mission:

• • You will report and interact with our external IT partners.
  • You install and configure the necessary hardware and software at users in our offices and in our production environments.
  • You work closely with our automation engineers.
  • You support and help with the installation and upgrades of our infrastructure.
  • You actively contribute to the internal IT policy and to improving and securing our networks.

Your profile & skills:

• • You are passionate about everything to do with IT.
  • You have completed an IT-related education or have equivalent experience.
  • You have a general knowledge with interests in:
    • Windows Servers
    • Networks/firewalls/security
    • Active Directory
    • Microsoft 365 platform
    • Virtualization
    • Client computing ( Windows 10/11, Android, iOS, … )
  • Security is at the top of your priorities !
  • Documenting is an automatism.
  • You are a team player, but can also carry out tasks and projects independently.
  • You like to keep up to date with the latest technologies.
  • You are stress-resistant, flexible, motivated and communicative.
  • You have a good command of English and French.
