Your mission

As Indirect Procurement, you will be responsible for the complete development of the procurement process from A to Z. Together with the IT department and the maintenance team, you will lay new foundations that will play a strategic role in our company over time. In this role, you will work fully independently, with the entire purchasing management falling under your responsibilities.

What will you do?
  • As indirect procurement, you are responsible for sourcing the correct technical materials and components.
  • You handle the preparation and follow-up of price quotations, deliveries, and purchase orders.
  • You research and identify market developments and potential (pricing, technical specifications, regulations, etc.).
  • You also build sustainable relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • You identify and anticipate the company’s supply needs.
  • You evaluate suppliers and products (audits, satisfaction surveys, sample testing, etc.) and propose improvements.
  • You develop or further refine the company’s purchasing strategy.
  • You work closely with the production and maintenance departments, regularly meeting with various managers to discuss potential improvements and optimizations.
  • You will join a young team of enthusiastic and driven colleagues who are ready to support you.
