About REAZN

The REAZN Group is the world’s largest recycling expert for high-quality, custom-made, primary zinc alloys. We employ 130 zinc specialists across various countries and produce over 100,000 tons of zinc alloys annually for approximately 400 customers worldwide. REAZN recycles valuable waste materials to supply the industry with zinc alloys that are up to 97.5% less CO₂-intensive compared to primary zinc producers. The Group is strongly committed to sustainability and considers it a guiding principle that influences our decisions, actions, and investments. We believe that by integrating sustainability into every aspect of our operations, we create long-term value for our stakeholders and for the planet as a whole.

HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the HR Manager and take on a versatile role in which you not only co-manage personnel administration and payroll, but also actively contribute to a wide range of HR projects.

Your varied set of responsibilities includes the following:

  • Payroll administration:
You ensure that the payroll preparation for both blue- and white-collar employees runs accurately and on time, in collaboration with our social secretariat (Besox). You handle the entire administrative process from A to Z — from onboarding to offboarding — including all career changes in between. Accuracy is key, but you’re not on your own: you’ll work alongside the HR Manager and receive the necessary support.

  • HR documents & point of contact:
You prepare contracts, addenda, and other HR documents, ensuring everything is always up to date. Employees and managers can turn to you with any HR-related questions. You are approachable, think proactively, and are not afraid to suggest improvements where you see opportunities.

  • Fringe benefits:
Hospitalization insurance, group insurance, company car, or bike leasing — you make sure everything is correctly recorded and followed up. You keep a clear overview and ensure employees understand what benefits they are entitled to.

  • Onboarding:
New colleague joining the team? You make sure they are properly registered in all systems — from time registration to access rights. You play a key role in the onboarding process and ensure every new hire has a smooth start.

  • HR projects:
You’ll have the opportunity to actively participate in projects such as implementing a competency matrix, improving time registration, or developing new policies. If you see something that could be improved, you’re encouraged to bring it up and take initiative.

  • Development and performance:
Together with the HR Manager, you follow up on training needs, development plans, and evaluation cycles. You help ensure that employees receive the right support to continue growing.

  • Evaluation and follow-up meetings:
You conduct interim meetings with employees, monitor their integration, and help build a culture of feedback and engagement. You play a visible and approachable role on the work floor.

  • Well-being and HR initiatives:
You help shape initiatives related to well-being and happiness at work, contributing to a workplace where employees feel good and continue to develop.
